The trail from Champagne Rock to the lodge is garbage according to my neighbors who skied it last week. I haven't been out on a sled since my last report. We've had winds to 50 mph over the last week up here. Finally calmed down today. Temperature is plus 16. I'll try to get out tomorrow and check it out and give a report. Be careful on the Steese Highway from the bottom of the hill to the lodge. Its very icy.
We have 3 or 4 inches of new snow up here this morning and it is currently snowing hard, yeaaaaaaaaa. Riding up here should be OK, don't know about the Chatanika end. I'm going out now and will give report when I get back.

YES IT DOES!!!!!!!
We now have 5 inches of new snow up here. Just got back from riding to the Chatanika Lodge. Checked out Old FE Power line Trail and the Alpha C Site Trail as well. The roads and trails up here on Cleary Summit are fine, even fun. Hit a few rocks with my skegs in the area of the Chatanika Lodge and Gold Camp but nothing serious.
