Is Sunday, 2/11. Meet at Compeaus at 10:00 AM. Plan is to be gone by 10:30 AM.
The ride is 58 miles one way. Gas is available in Nenana.
Lunch at the Monderosa.

Thanks for the update John. I am planning on this trip,was trying to get out last weekend but daughter had trouble and we ended up ridding up the elliot double didn't want to much ridding on the Mogels when 2 on the machine.
Thanks try to see you Saturday,Just park at Compeaus or where.

There is an "open water on the Tanana" comment posted in another section. I haven't ridden all the way to Nenana yet, but I've been on the Tanana quite a bit this winter and it is frozen better than it was last winter at this time.

I saw that open water post and wasn't to concerned.
We get some level of open water every year, we can usually get a round it pretty easy. Unless we see tracks going to the open lead and none on the other side that is :?
So I'm going on the belief that it is the same this year, with the lack of snow and cold snap we had I was more concerned about overflow.

I don't know why you would need to know the weather/
you never get them off the trailer and don't return your phone call's
heck I;ll bet the berings have a flat spot in them .....

"Weather?" There is a link to the NOAA weather site on the "Home" page. I have found both that and the link to "Google Map" very useful.
