New Years Eve Bonfire

#1 Post by john »

Well no matter what the snow level or temps, were on for the New Years Eve BonFire.

Plan is to haul wood, palletts. etc to the bonfire site on Sunday 17th.

So far we have 3 or 4 trailers to use to haul / pick up wood.

Anyone else interested or willing to get in on the pallet search and hauling let me know.

OK, were meeting at 10:00 AM Sunday (12/17) at Starbucks inside of Barnes and Noble.

From there Dean, Steve and Shane will go to Dean's and load up the trailers he has. I'll have my 16 foot trailer with a small load and plan to pick up pallets from the surrounding businesses. We'll need at least one more rig and trailer.

We'll also set a time to meet at Chena Lake's to unload the trailers by the bonfire area.

Hope to see ya there :)

John try the PX at Ft. Wainwright if you have time. They always have many stacks of pallets just setting out side and are usually glad to get rid of them.
I think the Manager name is Lois fot the PX Warehouse.

We got plenty of palletts for those of us hauling, so we didn't call the PX, but if we do another run I will.

Thanks to the businesses in town for helping: Sportsman Warehouse, Altrol, Barnes and Noble, and Wal-Mart.
