Salcha River ride 1/25/2025

We will be riding to Salcha River this weekend. We will depart from the first parking area as you make the turn towards Chena lakes recreation area. Same as last weekend. We will depart at 10 am, so arrive early to get ready and sign in on the ride sheet. Bring a lunch and drinks as we will have lunch where we turn around at the river. They are forecasting warm temperatures and rain/snow. Pray for snow only.

Winter storm coming. Check the website at 8 am Saturday morning for go or no go.

Salacha River ride 1/26/2025

Ride canceled due to rain and unsafe road conditions. Getting up and over the hill on the pipeline is probably slick and unsafe also.
