we will leave the ester scales @ 8 am arriving to the parking area just past the igloo
We will leave the parking area by 11 am
There are 5 of us so far
If the parking lot is full we will go back to 196 and head in that way
I got reports that the sniw is still good in the trees
I drove by summit Saturday and it was hard as a rock as Far as I could see

Where is Ester scales? If I can swing it, I want to do this ride.

Point your ride towards Anchorage and drive a few short miles till you git to the bottom of the first hill, Ester Scales are on the inside of the left turn, just before you start heading back up hill. Look for the "weigh station" sign. Ester Alaska is down the road on the right. Just past the fire station.

What time are we thinking the ride will end?

We usually get back to the trucks between 4 and 5 pm
We usually stop at the Mondo in Nenana on the way back for a burger - BS session

I'll be in a Gray Chevy Crew Cab with 4 snowmachines on trailer

Due to family stuff, I will not be able to make it on this ride. I was really looking forward to it too.

Not sure I'll be able to join you guys for the BS session. Wish I could but I gotta be home around 7...I have guests coming in

I wont be able to go tomorrow but I will be going on sunday, can someone give a report when you get back?
