yeah my employer is moving me so it is for work. I will miss Fairbanks for sure at least we will not have to pay for heating oil any more

Wait till you see your gas or electric bill.. Course it is warmer down there. Make sure you get to Petersvile next winter, some excellent sledding areas.

yes and hatchers pass to! the property disclosure listed the annual bills and it was quite a bit lower then fairbanks.
