Saturday's ride will leave the Chena Pump Park/Landing at 1000, go down the Tanana River to Clear Creek and the out into the Tanana Flats. It should be an easy ride, good for beginners and those who have never or seldom been in the Flats. I have not been out there yet this winter so am uncertain of conditions, but with the new snow it should be doable. Bring a lunch. We should be back by 1600 (4 pm). I would be more excited about this, but the forecast is for -25 Friday night. The cold (-20 or colder at the airport at 0900) could easily cancel this ride.
