Moonlight Acres Subdivison

Talk to Tom Hancock today in person about the new subdivison at the corner of Spinach Creek and Moose Mtn. roads and got great news for all trail users. He told me that the deveploper is required to cut a 20' easment, for a multi-use trail to connect the existing trails. We looked over a map and talked about what the bourough would like to develop in the next 10 years in that area. He is aware of the importance of existing trails in the areas and would like to designate news trails to connect more of the area. He was also very awary of making the trails multi-use. If you see Tom, let him know he is doing a good job to perserve trails for all users. :D
