AVALANCHE COURSE, Fairbanks

FYI - There is an avalanche class in Fairbanks this month. It's sponsored by the National Ski Patrol, but anyone can take it.
The course will be Jan. 22 & 24 7pm and Jan. 26 10am-1pm at Moose Mtn. ski lodge. You attend all three sessions. Cost is $50.
This will include on-mountain practical training (although the potential of our 14" of snow avalanching may be limited, so not sure how "real" it will be!)
