I cut from Nordale to Steele creek along the chena hot spring trail a few days ago and toward Iowa Dome today.

WooT! New Years Forecast is looking awesome!!!!

Can't wait to get out and really enjoy the winter. Just gotta shake this flu bug b4 the 10 - 15 above temps come our way. We did a little bit of riding here in the Goldstream valley and you are correct there's a ton of low overhanging branches. Some big ones too. I'll work a little on the O'Conner Creek trail from Ivory Jacks to Old Murphy Dome Rd. this Friday or Saturday. ATV's really thrashed the trail last summer; hopefully those ruts are a bit more snowed over now. If the forecast holds we will probably avoid the traffic and ride our sleds up to the Fireworks at the U as well.

Did you ride to the fire works? Went to both, the one out in Goldstream it was the best i thought.
