I saw that open water post and wasn't to concerned.
We get some level of open water every year, we can usually get a round it pretty easy. Unless we see tracks going to the open lead and none on the other side that is :?
So I'm going on the belief that it is the same this year, with the lack of snow and cold snap we had I was more concerned about overflow.
