Trail from Ellitot to Chatinika

Has anyone been across from the Elliot highway to Chatinika Lodge lately?
Is the trail in good shape?
Thinking of riding from Old Murphy Dome road down pipeline to Olins pond and over to Ron and Shirleys for lunch Saturday.

Was out that way a few days after the last big wind, was in great shape with minimal overhanging brush. But when you get just past 4 corners headed from the elliot to the lodge, where the first little cabin is when you break out of the trees, the owner has cleared the road of snow. BUT he has put in a rough trail with what looks like a D7 CAT that goes around his area. it will go to the left at the clearing. be prepared for it and you will be fine.
