Another winter storm warning in effect now

WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 AM
SATURDAY

The warning is for snow and also blowing snow. They are talking about 6-10 inches of snow and
possibly more in some areas.

WINDS INCREASING TO 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH
FRIDAY.

ABOVE TREE LINE...WINDS INCREASING TO 35 TO 50 MPH FRIDAY. VISIBILITY WILL BE
REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. THERE WILL BE
SIGNIFICANT DRIFTING SNOW. DRIVING CONDITIONS WILL BE HAZARDOUS
AND ROADS WILL LIKELY BECOME IMPASSABLE.

I heard State Troopers and BLM crews rescued some folks who were got stranded in the White Mtns during that snow storm.

I also helped unstuck a couple of cars in the parking lot off of Steese Hwy the other day. They said
the snow didn't look that deep.
