The meeting opened at 1800 in the Library. Members present were Tim Berg, Jody Nolan, Larry Morris, Paul Renschen, Stoney Robertson, Steven Enoch and Myles Thomas.

Larry: Treasurers report: $1,881 in checking, $1,417 in savings, $1,256 in the Life Member savings account, no outstanding obligations.

Paul raised the need for a publicity person. There was a consensus that it was a good idea. The decision was to take the idea to the GMM asking for a volunteer.

Steven is considering taking over the Newsletter. He will contact Crystal about templates, software, files, etc.

Tim will get a speaker for the November GMM. Possibilities are 1.) Goeff Orth, 2.) Tom Hancock and 3.) Ian Thomas.

The Tolovana ride has to be firmed up at the GMM meeting.

We already have a speaker (Chel Ethum?) for the December GMM. She is from BLM and is looking for input on what they can do for us.

The November GMM will be at Polaris Outpost on 19 November.
