Board Meeting March 7, 2013

Meeting called to order at 5:57. By President Peter Vredenburgh.

Members present: Peter Vredenburgh, Jody Nolan, Larry Morris, Tim Berg, Chris McDowell (had to go back to work so just had a minute), Paul Renschen, and Steve Miller, Steve Enoch, Absent: Myles Thomas (had another board meeting)
Also present: Steve Nolan, Dave ? Peter’s buddy.

• Jody gave rundown on the Snow Rondy. She has done a lot of work! Thanks Jody. We should have enough volunteers’ to pull of our share of the load. We encourage all members to visit for awhile. (I wrote this before the Rondy and now I’m posting after so it was a success! Thank you to all that helped or just showed up) Jody and husband Steve Nolan should get a big thanks for the work you did.
• Bank account has Peter and Jody as signatories.
• Larry and Peter are on the safe deposit box.
• Letter has been sent too the Lawyers.
• 501 C 3 paperwork has been sent in.
• March 30th will be Caribou Lakes Ride. We had a lot of discussion about rides and how to attract new members. Rides with loaner machines? Ladies Ride? Military.
• Larry reported that, Carl Benson has made an offer to donate land in the vicinity of Chena H.S. rd and Venture RD. for the trail running there.
• April Board meeting moved to the 10th.
• General membership meeting is at Outpost this month.
• Ball Park funds available Checking $517, Savings $2984, Life $1250
• May 4, we will have our annual end of season potluck at the park next to Growden Park.
