Geoffrey Orth requested donations for his current work towards re-opening trails that have been recently blocked in Ester. Geoff says the trail has been in use for decades and it is possible that it is part of the original Fire Plug 200 trail. While Geoff is not a snowmachine guy, he has supported multi-use of trails while on the Borough’s Trails Advisory Commission.
=> Steve motioned that the SnowTravelers donate $500
=> Jody seconded
=> Tim motioned to amend motion to $250
=>Jody and Paul seconded
=> passed

Rhondy
March 9th, noon to 6 p.m.
Army Corp of Engineers wants to keep it to the size it was last year. No drag racing due to lack of manpower. To successfully and safely do drag racing a minimum of 12-14 people would be needed. Rhondy began as a safety focused event put on by the Army Corp of Engineers. Perhaps this event needs to refocus on what the event host’s want.

Will talk about the suggested changes to the By-Laws in the next Board meeting.

Need to print membership cards.
Heather will email Crystal for updated membership list.

Adjourned 8:05 p.m.
