Salchaket Roadhouse to Tanana River, 2/21/24

The Salchaket Roadhouse to Tanana River ride is scheduled on February 21st. The ride leader for this trip has changed and I will be leading the ride now. Plan on meeting at the Salchaket Roadhouse (9162 Richardson Hwy, Salcha) at 10:00am. There is parking behind their building but it cost $5.00. The plan is to take the Salcha winter trail to the pipeline then head toward the Tanana River on the pipeline ROW. The winter trail is groomed and is usually smooth. We may explore a few side trails if time allows. Total distance is around 100 miles.
