John,
I have a flapper with a hole in it. Thats a technical term. Does it work? I want to get a sled and I would like to try draging one.

I am taking off of work on Friday to get prepped. I will stop by and pick up tools. I am bringing my chain saw and a sawzall with 2 batteries.

Since I did spell it wrong I guess I can't pick on ya, oh heck, yes I can, it is a "clevis hitch" that uses that flapper with a hole in it :) As long as your not talking about the dancing kind of Flappers, maybe a 1930's revival.

OK, so your pulling the Kat Kitchen and I'll pull the Otter for tools and gas. I'll get the hitch switched just for you Larry.

We'll put all the food and drink in the kitchen cabinet so don't shake up the soda pop.

PS: make sure you get the shrimp, scallops, and tenderloins from Peter :joke:

On the Gilmore Trail, Steese to Steel Creek Road (for those that don't know the area, it's the Steese towards Fox, Steele Creek Road is on the right of the highway and Haglebarger is on the left), take first (almost immediate) left off of Steel Creek Road, that's Gilmore Trail, go a few miles up and you should see us at the parking area.

We will all meet at the turn around on Gilmore trail rd at 9:00 for an organizational meeting and leave. The weather should be GREAT.

Unfortunately, I looked in the box for my chain-saw and it was missing  Oh well. Am charging the batteries for my saws-all. We should have some fun. I am bringing 2 bundles of firewood. Any other amount would be good.

What brand are the battery operated tools? I have two Dewalt batteries that I can charge up and bring.

I'll bring along a small action packer for the smaller tools, you can store the sawsall's and batteries in that.

I'm also bring my chainsaw, gas and oil along, so we should have lots of cutting implements :)

Larry, will you have utensils for cooking ? I'm bring:

Kat Kitchen
Propane Tank
Coffee Pot
Water for above
Coffee
Coffee Cups
Case of Mineral Water

I have a small rack on the back of my sled to carry some stuff. We have some chips and dessert ready to go for tomorrow. And just so everybody knows...Emilee did not get a new ride from Northern Power Sports...as much as she waits her own snowmobile. Thanks for the picture

Thanks to all who helped and Larry for coordinating the work crew and food :)

We had 9 helpers and 7 sleds show up and got a good lick in on the brush. Could use another day to finish up.

Some pictures are in the album.
