Chena Pump Par at 11:00 AM

We need a work crew to cut some trees out of the trail to Clear Creek Butte.

Should of noted that the ride will be canceled if its -20 or colder at 9:00 AM.

So far the outlook doesn't look to promising.

Depending on temps, were going to try and revisit the trail work run.

We need to clear the trail or the Jan 17th Clear Creek Butte run may be canceled, since the downed trees are blocking the trail to the Butte's.

John,

Two minor corrections. The ride is on 7 not 17 January and is listed as "Tanana Flats" not Clear Creek Butte.

If we don't get the Bonifield Trail cleared before the ride, I have an alternate route. It isn't as pretty but it will get us to Clear Creek Butte. Opening the Bonifield will make for a better ride but the ride will not have to be canceled if it isn't open.

Thanks Paul,

I stand corrected :<)

Let's hope the temp predictions are wrong and that the snow does fall and it gets at least up to 10 below :)

Temps look to be -25 to -30 below tomorrow, so I say the trip is canceled.
