Moving Back to Fairbanks

#1 Post by Tundrahogg »

Hey, there everyone, names Shawn, I'm 23 and I ride a 2011 Yamaha Phazer MTX. I like to ride trails, but I LOVE to play in the deep powder, guess I'm a XC type of guy. Not really a fast guy I like to take my time and exlpore. I recently moved from a Yupik-Eskimo village far out on the West coast, back to Fairbanks. I was there for 5 years and man it's great to be back! Out in the village it was pretty much flatland, with a few hills that broke 500ft. But we received pretty heavy snowfall during the winter period which made for some great powderplay, I haven't really rode around in the Fairbanks area aside for some short jaunts around North Pole. I'm looking foward to doing some serious riding this year to get to know the Fairbanks riding areas!

Welcome Tundrahogg, should have a ride list coming out soon from the board, so you can get an idea of the trails we run.

Hope that SPG isn't so loud we'll need ear plugs :joke:
