Snowmobile Tours???

#1 Post by spark20050 »

Hello,
I am a long time rider here in Michigan. I am going to be in Alaska, Fairbanks and Anchorage the week of November 15th. I'd love to do some type of snowmobile tour while I am in Alaska. Any suggestions? Will I be too early in the season?

Thanks,
Jeff

The best riding I have heard of so far this year is the Petersville area. Petersville is located at 115 mile Parks Hwy. It looks like they have a couple of feet and last report (yesterday) it was snowing again. As far as rentals, your best bet would be to call them at 907.733.2302. They will know what is available in the area. We only have a few inches on the ground in Fairbanks. I hope you have a pleasant trip here and find some snow to get out and enjoy!

From where in Michigan? I was a troll. Where did you snowmobile? When I lived there snowmobiles were called lawn ornaments, because there was rarely enough snow - always enough ice and icy snow, but where's the fun in that?!

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
