#1 Post by tundraben » Wed Nov 03, 2004 8:24 am

We have made some major changes to our race this year. It is not a team race anymore. it is now a single entry race. The race route has also changed. We will no longer go to Skwentna or Shell lake.

The race will start Feb 5. 2005 at the Call of the wild at 10am in Big lake, Race to Yentna station, on the Yentna river, to Mcdougal, to Snider lake, to the Forks roadhouse at Peters Creek, run an 80 mile loop, back to the Forks. Where you will stay overnight,( food and lodging are included in the entry fee) at the forks only. you may stay elsewhere, but at your own expense.

Day 2, reverse the route back to the Call of the wild at Big Lake. Awards ceremony will be at the Call at 7pm after the race.
Entry fee- Money class is $450 and Trophy class is $350. for more information you can contact me.
