4th July Weekend

#1 Post by john »

Anyone else have plans for the fourth ? Were planning on heading up to 12 Mile Summit (85 mile Steese) and do some riding along the ridges and maybe a little exploration. I know there is a trail, of sorts, that'll take you to Chena Hot Springs, just not sure if its passable in the summer.

@Larry :: Polaris Man, boy oh boy you got the wrong machine.. I'm riding Honda Foreman 500 :<) The 6 wheeler has retired, just couldn't keep up.

OK, the original post was from "last" year, different location this year, I'm looking at 47 mile Steese, suppose to be a road to a gravel pit to the east of the Steese that takes you down by the river and maybe some riding areas, we could cross the river and explore. ? More later this week.

Change of plans, I won't be doing a ride per se, have to do some exploration instead.

Sorry.
