Well the shoulder is getting better and I am doing A lot more than the doctor and physical therapist want
I have been ridding a bit and as long as I take it easy it's not to bad the day after.
I took a mother and son out to the colorado creek trails (36 mile chrs) last Saturday and sunday was a day of rest
So I'm doing things but I'm real carful!
so whens the next ride ?
