#1 Post by Darrell »

Rode from CHSR to Gilmore, trail reroute passable at upper Amanita with heavy snow drop will be a problem.
Four wheel drive used the trail from Gilmore Rd all the way to Ft Knox road.
Ran up trail from bottom of Fairbanks creek road 4 wheel drive on that too.
Need some snow to get 4 Wheeler and 4 wheel drives off trail think snow....................
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

How skinny (snow wise) was the lower end before you head up the hill.

That's usually a low snow spot any year.

We got 3 or 4 new inches up here yesterday with a lot of wind.

We've had it all up here. Last night it got up to 40 degrees with gusts to 58 mph.. It turned it into a skating rink up here. Early this afternoon it started raining but after 10 minutes changed to snow. Right now snowing hard with wind over 30 and 26 degrees. Steese from Pedro Monument to Fox glare ice with rain.
