Fairbanks Winter Show

So who all is volunteering to man (oops, not PC) :) this year.

Were sharing the booth with the Iron Dog this year, so we should have lots to display ....

Anyone (Crystal ?) keeping a list of hours needed to be covered and who is going to cover them ? Has the board already covered this, if so would you share with the rest of us

:supperhappy: Looking for anyone interested in helping at The Fairbanks Winter Show, it is Sept. 25-27. Hours are as follows:

Friday-move in 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday-show 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday-show 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday-show 12 noon-5 p.m.
Sunday-move out 5 p.m.-10 p.m.

Anyone that would like to lend a hand and help with move in, man the booth(s) or move out, please email me or leave a message here on the website. You can send me an email at jodyf_us@yahoo.com.

Hey, club members......don't be shy, some new faces at the Winter Show could be a good thing! Come out and support the club and the sport, even if you only have an hour or two, all help is appreciated.

IT"S TIME!! :singing: The Winter Show starts today, we will be doing our move in about 3 this afternoon. The schedule for the show is:
Friday-move in 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday-show 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday-show 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday-show 12 noon-5 p.m.
Sunday-move out 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
Still looking for volunteers for booth-time. Anyone? Hello? :feedup:
