loading ranp problem

Hey All .
seems that some dork used the Nordale Loading ramp to tie off to and unload his concrete chunks,. I have tried to move it with my light Honda 4 wheeler with no success, i need a heavier wheeler to drag the 2 chunk up on my car trailer, or some other man power to flip them over on to it,
any ideas ?
