After March 7 2005. Note the way I read this plan in the next 15 to 20 years that this plan is set up for, On a snowmachine trip into the Preserve it will be set up for that you only have 3 encounters with other people. Sounds like limited access to me. Enjoy it while you can Camp Creek, Bull river, etc.
