Easement Nomination Form

I found the Easement Nomination form online at BLM. Curious it wasn't there 2 days ago....

The time line to submit easements for nomination is April 28. The form became available April 18. Not much time.

Also, looking at the time line to submit. I send BLM the following email ::

Please extend the time for submitting easement nomination. Today is April 18, 2008, the site providing this information was updated today.

The time line to submit recommended easements is April 28, 2008, hardly enough time to download or get the "easement nomination" form, fill it out, get a map, identify the location(s) we need access through and them mail it in to BLM.

Please send a similar one to the email below or modify the on line submission form we have. I did both

You are right, John. It is not all that easy. It took three different maps and over an hour to work out what I posted last night about what I learned at the Open House.

I was also very disappointed in the manner in which the form was held last night in Fairbanks. There was no one to answer questions. This whole ordeal feels as it the little guy is getting the shaft AGAIN!
