GPS/ Map Information

#1 Post by semisane »

Hey all,

I have a PocketPC with a GPS and it works great. The only problem is, the company who makes the software hasn't made any maps for Alaska yet. I was wondering if by chance anybody knew where I could find any maps for snowmobiling that will work. I can convert many maps to work with it, so any help would be great.

Thanks!

Some people use Delorme maps. Some of my Buds use National Geographic maps check their web sites. I can sell you USGS maps of Alaska on CD's. See trail data this web site for cost etc.

I use Garmin's MapSource maps in my GPS and MAPTECH's Terrain Navigator Pro in my computer. Both have the Alaska Topos.
