Bridges Condition

Went to check the bridges, one on Small Wood creek is still up and will hold a 4 wheeler. Over the Little Chena is ok some nails were coming out of the deck Leroy took care of them. Someone took our sign and we could find it any where.

ASSA and Winter Recreation and Trade show

This fall, show will be a combined State Snowmobile and Winter Recreation show. Will be a Sept 24 to 26 in Anchorage Sullivan Arena. Never been to one of these is it time to go?

Good place to start is FAA tower on right south of Cantwell

Or third pull out south of Cantwell (Just before railroad track) follow track east or west. Be sure to take your beacon.

I would also bet most people have not been up the east ( Middle on map) fork of the Chena that would be another place to check. Or loop around the state cabin site on way back or up? Stiles Cabin I think it is.
Leave C lakes, first stop Vally center, top off, rest room stop. :D

Maps

Some people use Delorme maps. Some of my Buds use National Geographic maps check their web sites. I can sell you USGS maps of Alaska on CD's. See trail data this web site for cost etc.

Been there! My engine was found in Tok and a cop tripped over the tunnel in North pole, and run the serial number that all I ever got back. If you know any low life types start trying to buy parts engine, tunnel, track with studs, that may lead you back to the low life that took your machine.
