Fairbanks Snow Travelers

Rooms were booked way back. Need to call lodge to see if any rooms available. Also, someone going from the snow travelers may only have one in their room. Need to find out who's going and how many in their room.

Under water riding is not recommended. Need a snorkel on that sled and a periscope.

It goes down the Tanana river to Nenana to the Monderosa for Lunch and then return the same way. Calendar says 9 am, so I'm assuming that is the departure time.

Was around 15-20 below at the truck. Very warm up top. I had to take my second layer off. I figure 5-10 degrees up top, but with the 5 mph it got chilly if you stopped to long. I was hot most of the time.

Great snow at summit today. The powder was everywhere. Nothing was wind blown. It was nice not having to hunt for snow and we just enjoyed ourselves everywhere we went. It was 12"-24" on top a nice base. We played around and behind the Tit. Haven't seen snow that good in two years. We star...

There are four of us going. Leaving North Pole around 6:30 am. We might see you there. Not sure where we are parking.
