I guess Alan was going to replace the roof, Found the cabin to be in rough shape after he had removed the lid. I have heard a rumor that "Whiteys Cabin" is to be reassembled.

Lots of history in that old cabin.

That was Whity's Cabin. ... Was the oldest cabin on the Denali Hwy. Its like the end of an era. Kind of sad really.

The prez and I rode from the parking area near Chucks place to Chatanika yesterday, the trail is exceptional forthe most part. The hill at the ditch is a little short of snow, probably will be bare by the weekend, But the rest of the trail was the best I have seen in ten years, good job Chuck!! Sure...
