Fairbanks Snow Travelers

Bummer....Me and Shawn are hitting 12 mile summit Saturday to check it out. I've heard there is a lot of powder in the valleys.

Bummed no one is riding anywhere Saturday and it's looking like a nice day.

Finally some snow forecast for Thursday and Friday. 2 to 4 inches, and 4 to 8 inches in the Alaska Range.

Steve, you have a ride scheduled on the calendar for the Delta Granits on July 22-23rd. Is this a go or was it the one you just did?

Looks like I'm staying in town and possibly doing a day ride with Shawn and Dawn. Shawn and Steve's trucks broke down this past weekend and our camping plans fell through, so I haven't prepped anything. Might end up at the lake with the boss and family.

Won't be able to make this ride, but it sounds exciting. Going out somewhere July 4th weekend, but we haven't decided yet.

I see on the calendar that there is also a Compeaus ride Saturday, so are two rides scheduled?

The best snow I've seen this season and I had a blast. Can't believe it was in our own back yard. Burned up almost a full tank of gas pinning it all day in the deep snow. It was one field/pond after another of none stop fun. Thanks John for leading the ride and letting us play until we were wore out.
